Did not sleep at all. Raging party in room next door. Called front desk six, yes six times. Finally asked for security escort to leave the hotel with my family at 4:00 am. When I asked for security to come to our room, they did finally knock on door next to us. You will think I am lying, but I have video of 20 people exited a room that was billowing marijuana. Security guard said “it is prom season”. Holy smokes, what is up with Marriott. Chris Nielson. Never staying at any Marriott ever again.

Checkin time was 4 pm which is late but to be told my rooms were not ready for me and my family was irritating. Then we had to wait for 2 1/2 hrs. When we did get in the room and settled the room above us was noisy beginning at 5:00 am. Trip failure!!!!

This hotel is great and in a perfect location. We live here and just did a staycation without the kids. You’re in the best area with so many amazing places to explore in walking distance. From the theater to Jack London Square...seriously this hotel is the best. Room was excellent. Great view. Service was great. The restaurant could be better but there’s so many great places to eat in the area so it’s not big deal. Would definitely recommend my friends and fam to stay here when visiting.
