I reserved a suite to accommodate my family’s stay while in town for the weekend. As we were traveling from out of state, we had delays at the airport. I called front desk staff to provide notification of our delay in efforts to keep our reservation. We arrived at the hotel close to 1:00AM with our toddler. We were all exhausted from our travels and were very much looking forward to settling in our room and getting much needed rest, specially my toddler. Tia handled our check-in. Unfortunately, she ensured we had a poor and disappointing experience at check-in. She was unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming, and unkind throughout our interactions. I was left feeling uncomfortable when asking simple questions such as ‘what floor is our room in’ as the responses were passive aggressive. I would have opted to pursue other hotel options had it not been past midnight with a toddler with me. I hesitated coming down to purchase water at the front desk as I did not want to interact with Tia given the unpleasant experience. We ended up meeting other staff the next day, all of who were nice and welcoming, specially house keeping staff. I talked to management in regards to my experience, and he graciously waived parking fees due to the inconvenience. While that was very kind of him, I am unsure I will return to this hotel in the future. My family and I shouldn’t have been treated poorly in the first place.

We always stay here for our travels to the area and we absolutely love it. We have yet to bring our pet but we enjoy seeing the other doggies visiting with their families. So many things to do in the area and a friendly staff

Everything and everyone was very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the couch and the cushions were a little dirty. Overall very nice property for a family stay.

My first impression starts at the counter. I was received by two ladies that did not want to be there. Tired, sleepy and not very friendly. Took a while to pull up my reservation. After my credit card was charged I asked for a valet card to take my family's bags up to the room. They simply said we don't know where they are. After 20 minutes and my persistence, one simply showed up!

Nice property overall, helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Great city view. Only downside was the sofa bed in the king suite was AWFUL. My kids ended up sleeping with me on the king bed and one person slept on the couch and the pull out bed was beyond uncomfortable even for a few hours. It should be discontinued.

This is where you want to stay if you’re a tourist to San Francisco. A suite was perfect for our family of 5 - spacious, affordable, awesome breakfast, & SAFE. Turns out the rumors about SF are true - our rental car window was smashed in a lot downtown less than 24 hours after arriving in the city. The city is awesome but the homelessness really is pretty much everywhere - so driving across the bridge to Emeryville every evening gave us some relief from being on alert. The immediate area has big box stores & restaurants, feels pretty suburban for better or worse - still, be careful not to turn onto the wrong street or you’ll find yourself in meth-land. We were glad to find this place & lay our heads here for 3 nights. We would certainly stay again.
