Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge

Visiting family in the Bay and booked it before reading reviews about car break ins—we were nervous, but having lived in the area, I know better than to leave ANYTHING in my car. We took out phone chargers, even pieces of trash or anything that could be mistook for something of value. We have a Prius and made sure to leave the trunk shade open so it was visible nothing was back there. Maybe we were a little overly paranoid, but windows are expensive. Didn’t see any glass on the ground in the parking lot, didn’t see any broken windows. We got a king room with bay view balcony and it was super clean, bed comfy, nice shower with lots of pressure—we could find nothing to dislike. The city lights at night and the Oakland port monsters were neat too! In addition staff was super nice and lots of security measures on all outer doors. This will definitely be our go to as long as the prices remain competitive and we forgot to bring a tip for cleaning, so next time we’ll tip double to pay it forward. Thanks Four Points staff for making this an awesome stay!

While rooms little small comfortable clean and quiet. With 2 kids double beds and accommodation of roll out bed was perfect. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bartender as well.

The AC don’t work , the guy at the front desk lied twice saying they were full but the parking lot did not have anyone there , the place is super dirty , nothing is maintained. Super sketchy people in and out all night and wondering the halls. The water was brown when we turned on the faucet for about 5 minutes , the water drips all the time so the sink and bath tubs were stained brown bad from constant leaking. When we asked for a different room because of the AC not working he said said just open the window and being in a super hot area it’s still hot and humid and he brought us a small fan , that didn’t really even help anything and was not helpful at al or even try and help us get a different room. I would never stay here and probably not the same establishment ever again. I would not bring kids here with all the sketchy people and dirty rooms, felt like a less concealed prison.

The hotel is newly renovated. Accessible to the highway. Convenient to/fro the airport and UC Berkeley. Centrally located to shopping centers, restaurants and gas station. I will comeback and/or recommend to family and friends.

Had a pleasant one night stay with family. Room was very clean, and beds very comfortable. Nice TV set.

Booked this hotel as the price was better than staying in SF. This hotel is located on the Oakland side of the bay, right off the bridge. The staff was very very nice and very helpful. Our room was small but most rooms in SF are small. We had a room on the 7th floor and had a great view. The rooms from the inside are clean and the beds really comfortable. The outside like the hallways are a little outdated, but that wasn't a big deal. We had 2 kids with us and they were comfortable which made it much more pleasant. The front desk staff was superb and he kidos loved the complimentary cookies. The hotel is located near a shopping mall so there is a lot of food options. Overall our experience was great and enjoyed our 3 night stay.
