They were having the exterior painted and the paint crew dumped the waste paint in thee grass and rocks where children and dogs could put large flakes of paint in their mouths. The hall carpet is heavily worn. Mostly well taken care of just needs some updating.

Not up to par with most Hampton inns. It needs updating. Location is great if you or family has medical business, but don’t expect a 3 star hotel here.

The Hampton Inn had the most comfortable beds. It was 115 degrees in Phoenix but the air conditioners worked great. My family and I enjoyed the pool a lot. Very attentive hostess at continental breakfast. Thanks Beverly YOU ROCK! My kids were able to enjoy working out in the fitness room while the rest of us diligently used the pool. Housekeeping services were excellent and deserved the tips I gave. It is really close to downtown business district. We enjoyed taking two to three mile walks in the early AM. The afternoon freshly baked cookies every day were wonderful. I enjoyed the very accommodating staff. If I go back to Phoenix, I will stay there again.

This hotel was great..... Excellent service. They offer free water bottle, fresh cookies are baked everyday.... Breakfast is great and tasty. Very clean... The staff are very dedicated in making sure that your stay is awesome. This hotel is so great and easy access to Dignity Health St Joseph hospital. I was there for a symposium and I did not need to rent a car. But it is also great for families coming from that may have family members admitted in the hospital. Great Place.

Close to hospital. Convent for visiting sick family. Rooms clean and accessible for wheelchair access. Door ways wide. Food was good. Loved the cookies. I'm tired of typing this review and wish it would end.
