Parking available ( very misleading ) Parking is available unsecured on Street . Or Valet Parking $41 . Checking in …. Dude mumbled and did not engage well . We had two kids with us but didn’t feel it was very geared towards families. So ….disappointing !

Completely met expectations. I do wish the rooftop was open, and was a bit disappointed there was no pool, but the room was clean and comfortable. Service was exceptional, I traveled with my small child, and was given a parking permit to park right in front of the hotel so I didn’t have to struggle carrying my baby and luggage down the street. It was a HUGE help and I’m so grateful for the kind concierge for accommodating me.

Won’t stay again. Booked because it said family friendly and had a restaurant. We arrived and there was NO parking at all due to an event and we were told to park 1/2 mile away in a parking garage. Went down for breakfast only to find out the restaurant closed, not a good thing with hungry kids. The whole floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana smoke our entire stay. Seems like it was more of a party location due to the rooftop lounge.

I choose a hotel based on having a pool and parking included. My husband has a spinal cord injury. This property has NO parking. For someone with a disability (plus 2 children) this is a huge oversight. My children cried when they learned there was NO pool. Why does this property claim to have these things when it doesn’t!?? We left early. So disappointed. Y’all ruined our staycation.

Hotel was good! Only bad part is that the hotel has no parking. You have to find street parking or pay for overnight parking on the other side of the hotel which is very inconvenient specially traveling with kids.
