Everything met expectations. Check in was easy, the room was nice, room service was good. We are a local family that stayed for my son's birthday staycation. We will consider doing it again!

I really love the aesthetic of this hotel. The service from the staff is welcoming, professional and very helpful. I appreciate their smiles and happy to assist with direction. As far as the hotel itself, the elevators were down most of our stay. That was the only inconvenience I saw. It is fiery kid friendly and family friendly. I love the location and parking availability as well. It’s a wonderful place and the views were gorgeous.

We requested to cancel this reservation due to a medical emergency with our child, however, they would not refund us for the room. We got the run around from both them and Expedia. Poor service all the way around.

The whole property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. Complementary drinks for the adults, greatly appreciated. Personnel was super kind and corteus, specially in the bar. The only downside is I was expecting pool temperature to be warm, but is was cold to the touch although the stream was relativity warm, and about the cleanliness I found a pair of kid socks in my room that were definitely not from mine. Other than that pretty great hotel.

Large hotel family loved the pool and food. Room had great view of central ave. Was some barricaded areas due to repair or remodeling- one of the elevators and rooms next to our room. Treat to stay here might be awhile before stay again.

This was a great hotel. We were there for my wife’s college graduation with our family. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

I always love staying at Embassy Suites and i have to say that this location is one of the nicer ones so far. The rooms were comfortable for my family and the amenities are great. They really catered to a traveler from providing great options for breakfast to evening service to the bar service. Everyone was so nice too and greeted us with all smiles. Thank you for surpassing my expectations. My family and I will be back soon!
