FOUNDRE Phoenix

This hotel is completely fake it looks so nice om the pics and it does look like that one the pics but once inside you can clearly see the horrible cheap redo of the hotel. Its gross dirty and just felt so small for our family of 4. The pool is so small and was packed bc what else is there to do in 115 degree weather but we didnt even go. Had to pay a 35 emenity fee for what emeneties i have no idea. The only major plus was very easy parking and that was free. So but i was super super disappointed thinking we were staying at a gorgeous 9.2 properry when it was clearly a 7 if that. Also the food had zero options for kids.

Nice updated interior and rooms. Frosted glass Showers not exactly family friendly but fine for an adult get away.

Funky little boutique hotel! Great location, close to downtown restaurants! Most comfortable beds and quite room! My new favorite place to stay when I come downtown Phoenix to visit my adult children who live near by.

Room had a strong weed odor and requested to have room changed. This was so disappointing and angry especially when traveling with an infant. My husband did not even go in and waited outside the door until a employee delivered us a new room key

Staff is horrible, I got locked out of my room in the middle of the night with family staying inside, I didn’t want to disturb them so I had to book another room. They later told me they would reimburse me because the lock had an issue but never did. Never stay here!

Really awesome that they allowed late check-in after flight being delayed. I called front Desk and Diana was very helpful and saved my reservation. I unfortunately only got less than 4 hours in my room. I just wanted a good shower and lay down before being stuck in another plane - the beds were so comfortable, sadly the hotel is older, not very clean. I found cat or dog food and pieces of chips and hair all over the floors. Considering I didn't have time I took what I could get. $145 for 4 hours doesn't work well with me, but I would have changed rooms if I had my children - I wouldn't have stayed in that room if I had time. I stayed here last month, and the restaurant food was pretty decent, the all you can eat buffet is not worth it - This hotel has so much potential. I hope they make improvements. Customer service was great. No work needed there.

The room and amenities were great. Within close walking distance to most of downtown Phoenix. The atmosphere was really unique and added a lot of charm to the experience. The only complaint would be it seemed as if there were a lot of underage kids staying at the hotel at the same time as us. In the room next to ours were at least 5 college aged boys who continuously screamed/partied for 2 out of 4 nights which was very disrupting. I think maybe the rooms were not great at keeping the noise out in general.

Stayed at hotel with family & it was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was just as amazing & great as the first time. Hands down my favorite hotel in Phoenix. Beats the other basic, expensive hotels.
