Comfort Inn West Phoenix at 27th Ave and I-I0

The good part is that is next to 10fwy, but if traveling with kids I rather pay more for a better hotel

Great service at check in, all staff was friendly during all interactions for our duration. Hotel is run down, but room was clean. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and breakfast was not good at all. Wouldn’t stay with a family or small kids again, but solo would be fine.

It was a mistake to be there. 1.At check-in, I asked if she could give us a room with a view of the pool, he totally ignored us, she didn't even answer yes or no. It took so long to check in. 2. At room, floor look old and dirty. The hair dryer was broken. 3. the room and the bathroom, shower were very small. 4. At breakfast, what a disappointment!! I arrived at around 7:30 am, almost empty, there was no one eating, the refrigerator only had cubes of butter, the egg tray... empty, nothing inside, no cereals, no fruit, no juices. The only alternative I had was the waffles, what a disappointment here too! that waffle mix was so runny, it looked very bad, and when I put it in the machine everything stuck. I have been in many hotels and never had that experience with the waffle. I asked the front desk if he could provide food for breakfast, the man with long hair, it didn't look like he knew anything about food or preparation. It took a long time to bring the eggs, and brought only about 4 pieces, the egg looked very greasy, and nothing good, in the end I lose my appetite and I didn't eat anything. 5. When leaving, nobody was at front desk, I press the ring, the manager didn't even come to the front desk, he was in his office inside, the only thing i heard was "bye, bye" what a disappointment!!! My family and I had a very horrible experience in that hotel. We will never return to that place and I do not recommend that place to anyone either.

business was dishonest about pricing, take cash dont take card and didnt dictate it well online. Staff was rude, disrepect woman and kid, we felt being discriminated being Asian when we ask why he lied about the price and payment form. Charge my card three times without well- explanation, we didnt want to sign when we dont understand the duplicate charges, so he faking call 911 on us, very bad shameful experience, we wont be back.
