I booked three rooms for family and myself. It was quite and clean. A bit dated furniture wise. Due to traffic back ups and bad weather we arrived later than we planned. Only had 10 minutes from ck in to leave for a Dinner/show. Was disappointed with Dinning room… ran out of the single coffee creamers, so no cup of ambition there. (Very much needed), Two of the three pumps of various creamers on the side, were also out. This was around 8:15. Also, at that time out of juice. Don’t think they planned very well. There were lots of kids there. We had three with us. However, the eggs and sausage were good and the Waffle maker was a hit with a lot of people. I did not watch TV, but my nephew said it was difficult to see from bed because it did not rotate. This might be something to consider if/when updating. Over all, I would book there again. Just gotta remember to make sure to bring my own half/half. 😊

When we got there we walked into our room which didn’t seem to be cleaned, it stunk so bad. Then we go down to the pool because I have 2 kids that like to swim, the indoor pool was not heated and it felt as cold as ice, the kids were very disappointed they couldn’t swim. The next morning we wake up and go to shower and absolutely NO hot water. What kind of hotel doesn’t have hot water?!

Big room, plenty of space for our big family. (We got the 2 queen beds with fold out couch) Staff was so friendly and helpful - when we checked in AND when we checked out. The woman in charge of breakfast was very kind. Quiet, clean and friendly and a decent price, comparatively.

We found the hotel so comfortable and clean in our room (which every hotel should strive to accomplish)! One area this hotel could make better is the breakfast area floors..no one was clearing the floor behind messy kids, so that was a negative..

Our stay was not bad, everything seemed to be ok. Until we departed and I noticed a baby bed bug on my suitcase! This was my worse fear, as the last day i was there I noticed a bite or two and thought nothing of it, now I have bites all over, and being that I found one on my suitcase I’m very upset to have come home like this! I did call the hotel to notify and she was only able to say sorry and say the room would be checked. Now i have the burden of getting my home treated asap, in addition to bites! Very disappointed this happened.

This place prides itself on being clean. The comforters are freshly washed. They have awards posted for their continued performance in this area. My only complaint is that I could hear a baby crying next door and banging footsteps upstairs well into the evening :-(
