Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison, AL

This is my second stay at Country Inn and Suites. It was wonderful as it was before! Quincy was so nice and friendly when I checked in. I had only booked for one night but my plans had changed. I explained to Quincy and he said not a problem we can work this out !! We got the room that has a living room and bedroom. We had our two grandchildren with us and it was great to get two rooms. Breakfast was wonderful the ladies that take care of it are so sweet and really make sure you have enough to eat. One morning they actually made me a waffle seeing I was tired from the night with the kids - it was so nice. The cleaning ladies work so hard in the rooms my room was meticulous everyday! Needed more towels they were delivered right away. The front desk people were also very helpful and nice. Coffee and hot water available all day long which i know I needed. It is located close to so many restaurants- Logan’s right there delicious steaks. My family knows where to stay when they visit Alabama to see my son look no further this is the place - County Inn and Suites !!

Excellent accommodations for our family of four. It was really close to the Space and Rocket Center, shopping malls, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great!

The hotel was very clean everyone was very nice . Quincy at the front desk was wonderful had a problem with my AC he moved me right away! I will be definitely returning and have told my family about this Hotel . I have a son in New Market so I’ll be definitely returning soon!! Mary Jane Dudley

Great time with family and friends easy travel

We stayed here for a weekend trip to the rocket center. We stayed in the king suite and it was very small compared to the pictures online. Our bathroom wasn’t clean, I had to clean the tub out myself so myself and children could take a bath. The pool didn’t seem very clean either. All in all, we wouldn’t stay here again. Cheap hotel, but gets the job done if you’re only needing a bed.

My one big issue. I booked a room believing it would sleep three. When we got to the room it only had a king bed, no pull out couch for my child to sleep on. The only thing I could do was book a second room and hope Travelocity would cancel the first room. The front desk clerk did give us extra blankets to make a pallet on the floor.

We had a large group of family/friends. Our rooms were perfect and near each other as we requested. Pool/hot tub stays open until midnight and was a nice end to our busy days near rocket city. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was perfect!

This was a one night stay on our way home from our family vacation. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Jeanne in the breakfast area was especially helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean. The elevator was noisy. The pool was occupied by lots of kids for what appeared to be a sleepover so we had to skip the pool. The smokers area is right outside the front entrance so it was stinky every time we had to enter and exit the hotel.
