Great experience with the grandkids. The hot tub was only Luke warm with one jet barely working. The hotel advertised outdoor and indoor pools, but there was only an indoor pool.

Great location, clean, perfect for our family traveling with two dogs.

great experience. however, the hallways smelled of marijuana throughout the building. there were plenty of children around and a bit embarrassing. please fix this issue.

On arrival, we were told that the pool was closed. Of course, we can be understanding, but we were traveling a very long way with two children and had been looking forward to letting them burn some energy. That was more-so just a bummer. We went up to our room and saw a cockroach crawling on our room door. We went inside and found that the room floors were dirty. And on further inspection we found the entire room was filthy. The furniture was very old, broken and damaged. We noticed that the window in the room could very easily be opened and had no screen. This gave us great concern since we had very young children and were on the 2nd floor. The latch lock on the room door was broken which also concerned us. We continued to find cockroaches in our room. The bathroom drain would not drain properly. The mattresses were very old and neither had mattress protectors. When walking through the hotel there was a very pungent smell of marijuana. The staff was not personable or friendly at all. They offered no help and we could hardly understand them because they spoke so quietly. Our interactions with them just felt strange and uncomfortable. We have never felt the need to leave a review on anything before. We’re honestly really sad by this experience and feel like we wasted our hard-earned money on a nightmare experience.

Room clearly had not been properly cleaned. A big wad of hair on the sheets and hair all over the bathroom. Carpet had been shampooed and was damp - why not put us in a different room? They were nowhere near full. Coffee at breakfast was tasteless but waffles were good. Next time we visit our son and his family, we will stay elsewhere.

Everything was great except the chlorine was so strong in the pool area it burned your eyes just to be in there… my grandkids complained about it burning their eyes in the pool also. They couldn’t swim long

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Madison. The rooms are clean with the basic amenities, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was kind but the cleaning staff would close the elevator doors with room to spare, talk loudly our whole stay(up and down the hall all after noon) when we went to our room and it wasnt cleaned they seemed irritated with us being there and wouldnt even walkie the desk for help so 3 kids and a lot of luggage back and fourth that could have been prevented and it was already past check in time. Over chlorine extremely hot pool just uncomfortable to swim in.

The entire floor we were on (2nd) smelled. The shower drained slowly because it was full of hair. The room had two queen beds and we registered two adults and two kids but there was only one towel in the bathroom so we had to get more from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping had come, we were back to only having one towel.
