My daughter accidentally locked security box so I had to called them. And I waited for over 2h… But my kids absolutely loved pool.

Booked a weekend stay with my husband & two toodlers(2 & 4). Staff around the hotel were more welcoming & friendlier than the ones at the front desk/check-in counter. Our room was nice & clean with basic amenities. 3G cell data in the room & their WiFi is pretty much useless between 4pm - 6am. Kids enjoyed the pool of course, had to practically drag them out of it. Food was not that great, ordered takeouts instead. Coffee shop was decent. You have to walk a great deal to get to and from anywhere around the hotel pretty much, even the parking lot, didn’t really mind it though just felt bad for my poor kiddies.

hotel staff are excellent! typhoon has come and pool and beach was closed one day but indoor activities are great and my kids had really fun thanks to excellent entertainers!!!

The waterpark was very exciting. slider on the pool ,snorkeling and tennis is fantastic for my family. But the toilet in my room was broken. It was only one bad point for me.
