Crowne Plaza Resort Guam, an IHG Hotel

The place was recently re-modeled so that it was really clean. The pool was great and safety guard was on duty. Also, there were no bugs at all in a room and the services provided by staffs and bar were good. I recommend this hotel not only for the people traveling with friends or couples but also for the families with child.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, room, and pool area. The kid’s pool was a great amenity for my family. We will come back again.

Still construction ongoing, kiddy pool not open. However, our room had extra robes and pillows. There was a pretty set up on our bed with towels and a spray to sleep!

The kids pool was closed, and I chose this hotel because of that. The direct beach access is not available. This hotel is not worth the price! This hotel would not allow me to cancel my reservation even with 3 weeks notice!!! I will choose a different hotel next time!

Hotel seems unable to accommodate and keep up with demand whether it’s getting your room ready on time (3hrs late), providing adequate space for guests at pool, keeping up with food/drink orders by the pool, and buffet is overpriced for how hit and miss it is. As far a service goes, front desk, food & bev, and room service workers were all extremely nice & friendly. Lifeguards were ok. The property itself looks a lot better, but still needs a lot of work. Beach access was inconvenient, towel access by pool is inconvenient as you have to walk from one side of hotel to the other to get a towel if you’re in the kid pool area. Even though there was a towel drop off/pick up station I was told by lifeguard that they don’t pass out towels there, even though I picked one up from there the day before. Hotel is just inconsistent all around. Seems like a work in progress so I may try it out again.

Kids loved the new kids pool and it was friendly for parents with little and bigger kids. They need to add more shade around the pool for parents and kids to rest. Rooms were good size for family of four and well set up. The Terrace Resturant had good food but price. We like the ambiance of the hotel.
