Onward Beach Resort

I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly.

It was fine and staff were nice but getting quite old and feels a bit basic. On some days there was a huge line and long wait to get breakfast, which was quite mediocre and not worth waiting for. We stayed in the tower so it was a long walk to reception and lobby areas. Pool and beach area and also water park were great for kids and nice to have. Overall has a feeling of being quite faded and past its prime. If the price is right it would be fine to stay at but there are far nicer and better hotels in the Tamung area.

I booked a day ahead of my arrival so I could just get my room when I arrived early morning. When I went to check in they told my family and I we had to wait until the 3PM check in time. I asked for exception, and they told me to call back at 9am to speak to a manager. This was at 7am...

There were many chickens outside, they were fun to look at, but too noisy in the morning time. The pool in the hotel was so nice, kid friendly. The workers were also nice and friendly.

very good for using waterpark specially for kids.

It was all about convenience, with a large family of 8 everything was close by and very accessible to our needs

I enjoyed 9 members of family trip at Onward so much. we stayed in 3 units. They were so great and wide place to stay . And waterpark was also so great!!! add more, free kayaking and some marine activities provided for Onward guests strongly recommend for family trip

We had a nice time our overall complaint was the food on site. The breakfast bento box "tray" that was included with our stay was just wrong! Eggs were runny and just plain unedible they were served with hot dogs, potato salad or macaroni salad, a fruit, spam or bacon and frozen terrible corn. It was just a literal mess!!! We live on Guam this is not the food that you should be providing to people who come to visit, it's terrible and in no way shows the food on island and I do not know one person that would eat that combination of things for breakfast. We also had dinner at Sagano service was so slow, place was empty.. it would be nice if they told you what they offer like the hibachi grill where they will cook for you or any of the options they have, no they just sat us at a table and we noticed people having fun with this beautiful view that we didn't even know about since first time staying at hotel. Other than those things kids enjoyed water park and room was nice.

Room is big and ocean view is wonderful. Breakfast was good for baby. But room condition was soso.
