it's convenient to walk around, find restaurants and visit beaches. the pool is kinds of small so it's good for little children.

Hotel was decent. Only real complaint is the toilet was very small. Pretty much kids size.

Staff very nice to my family and I. Definitely would like to stay again hopefully with a discount to keep coming back.

I’d recommend to friends and families. I’d stay there again on my next visit but maybe consider discounts for buffet for in-house guests for lunch. Over all, it’s very peaceful and great customer service.

I was very happy with the customer service they provide me when I stay at the hotel. Very accommodating staff, hotel is so clean, location is perfect for dining and shopping with entertainment all around the area. I will recommend this resort to my friends family & others.

Post Typhoon Mawar this hotel has really stepped up. Excellent customer service, great location, family friendly, and most importantly it's very very clean. It has all the important amenities you would look for at a 4-5 star rating hotel with budget friendly price. I do hope they continue to keep the price range for those who can't afford a 5 star hotel but can get that exact same feel when you stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guam to stay here. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Post Typhoon Mawar, although hotel is not right at the beach it is located in walkable distance to the beach, restaurants and tourist district. Hotel has excellent customer service and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very family friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nice staff in general and a good enough environment and condition. However, there was only one older woman staff at the front desk who seemed unsuitable for hotel service. When I asked a staff member to give me a bottle of shampoo, she almost yelled angrily that I should use a container attached to the bathroom wall, which had been empty since my arrival. I wasn't even asking her but another gentle staff member. She might have ruined my feeling, but I decided to think that she might have already been feeling uncomfortable before I asked. We were two people staying for several days and didn't ask for cleaning at all, but did it ourselves during the entire stay. Although we were given a bottle of shampoo each as default, she didn't even know that. She said the bottles were supposed to be for deluxe rooms. I don't care if I had a bottle or an attached container; we just needed more shampoo, and a bottle of shampoo was only 40ml. We checked in after midnight and checked out around midnight, so we paid for almost 24 more hours that we didn't use. If I were not with my family, I would have made a reservation for 2 fewer nights. Was the shampoo such a big loss for her? What was wrong with her?
