Hotel Nikko Guam

It was a great time for my family.

My family and I enjoyed it very much! The staff was courteous and very polite! The rooms were clean and one of my favorite parts was THE FREE HUSKEE CUPS! I never got so excited hehe, thank you all so much!!

Staff and services are excellent. Property is older so flushing toilet took few times for our kids each time. Little thing like faucet to be fixed etc would have made the little thing better. But, Overall, food, stuff and room was excellent. Friendly stuff, spacious room and large balcony, good breakfast, access to pool was easy. long slide was a hit for my kid. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed comfortably with a family of 5. The hotel was relaxing and my children enjoyed the pool and slide. The beach is accessible with rental gear for pool and beach. The staff were all friendly.

Nice full scale ocean view of Gun beach and well managed swimming pools, exciting water slide ( most recommened), beach area suitable for sea water activities with family. Disappointed with small and old fashioned shower room and contaminated room floor carpet as well as ants flock at the balcony. Premier lounge was so nice with food and drinks during 5~7pm daily, quite enough as dining. We couldn't use Tsubaki hotel swimming pool but Tsubaki hotel guests can do. ㅠㅠ

Nikko was horrible and then it was fantastic! Two things can never be beat—amazing staff and amazing surroundings. Nikko is one of the first resort hotels built on Guam and has been operating for longer than I can remember (at least 30 years), I decided on the Nikko for a 3 day, 2 night staycation with my family. The check-in experience was not the best. It took an hour to get into our room (a triple bed option). The first room was a nightmare. It was in one of the older sections which probably didn’t see a single guest over the 2 yrs that we’ve been in the ongoing COVID state of emergency. Here is where Nikko shines. The hotel, like many other places on island, is suffering from the lack of tourism—the primary industry for the island. Despite staff shortage, the handful of workers there, from the front desk manager Rommel, to the housekeeping folks, to the life guards, to the restaurant staff—they went out of their way to hospitable. Their outstanding service will always standout in our minds as one of the best that we’ve experienced…and we’ve traveled to many, many places. We were given a different room and finally got settled 2 hours later. The views from every angle of our room was AMAZING! Also, no mold in the new room😬. Note—the new pool hours is 9-5 every day. This was a bummer since we didn’t get to use the pool on our first day. The beach was paradise. Definitely worth every penny and every trouble on check in.
