I liked the clean and sophisticated interior. The swimming pool and beach are convenient for families to use.

Nice property, one of the best on Guam. Beach area needs better services. Lounge chairs are not serviced and beach sand had smaller peices of glass scattered around. Must be extra careful with smaller children playing in the sand.

Oh boy where do I begin! I decided to give the hotel another chance as there were some incidents during my previous stay and they really made sure that this time my family was taken care. Manager Chris and all the other duty managers went out of their ways to help my family have the best hotel experience from checking in without prior booking to arranging airport transportation upon our departure. My kids wanted to go back as soon as we arrived home and I myself wasn't too ready to come back home either from such a nice stay. We look forward to visiting again both on family vacations and company retreats in the future. Haha Adai to Chris and the most Wonderful Team~

Booked one hotel room for four people incl. breakfast. The booking confirmation clearly stated that the breakfast for four people is included (which was also confirmed twice by Expedia staff). The hotel has refused to accept the reservation and double-charged the breakfast for two kids. Several attempts to clarify the situation (incl. documents and support from Expedia) failed, the hotel insisted on double-charge. So if you want to be screwed over, this hotel is right for you! Otherwise: Good location, nice beach, friendly personnel The facilities and rooms are partially run-down and not functioning (jacuzzi, showers, etc.). Bad service processes: reception (see above), room service did not manage to clean the room on two days and it took three calls just to get the fresh towels.

Friendly customer service. Had a small problem with by room however they were able to immediately resolve with a better solution. No doubt overall it was a happy and fun stay with family. Will definitely stay again.
