Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown

Arrived early on a Friday AM before check in, the staff were very kind and pleasant and checked us in early (as the room was available). The hotel pool staff & housekeeping team were very hospitable. The views are amazing and MANY dining options in the area. I would absolutely recommend this place to family/friends and would book again in the future!

We stayed with our 4 year old and 2 year old. My mother was also staying in another room. I had messaged the hotel when I booked it and requested interconnecting rooms. No one replied to my message. There was no email address to contact the hotel. When we checked in we were not in interconnecting rooms. So a random person was between my family and my mother’s room. Obviously children are noisy so we had a noise complaint because of them. If the hotel had actually responded to my request of an interconnecting room this complaint may have been avoided. I don’t understand why you would put a random person between us anyway? Pool wasn’t open. There was no signs to say this so we didn’t know. Walked straight through to pool, no signs and doors unlocked. Another hotel guest then had to tell us it was closed, after my husband had already dipped a leg in. Service incredibly slow at breakfast. Overall a standard hotel, probably wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed for the May long weekend to see some ballgames with the kids. Within walking distance to many amenities including Billy Bishop airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any issues. Only complaints would be you have to make sure your door closes shut cause it didn’t always close shut on its own, And I forgot to tell them about it. Other than that it was a good time!

Welcomed our big dog the property was clean and our family loved it. Great experience travelling with our golden retriever!

Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was at an additional fee. I also didn’t like that my room was not carpeted -wasn’t comfortable for my kids. Asides those, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were nice.

Everything was wonderful during our stay paul and scott in the breakfast restaurant on 5th floor makes your day with morning breakfast with there smile and friendliness the place in within walking distance to scotiabank arena i recommended this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a family vacation with a wonderful breakfast restaurant paul and Scott are wonderful gentlemen to take of all your breakfast neeeds

We enjoyed a four night stay while visiting family. Pros: location excellent. Walk to union station, CN tower, Aquarium, etc. Great views. WIFI coverage good without disruption. Staff very helpful, professional, and friendly. Clean rooms and property. Housekeeping was available as needed and laundry upon request. We appreciated staff arrangement of transportation for us. Good communication about pool being closed upon booking. Cons: the soap dispenser in the shower is flawed in design and faulty such that you have to request additional shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Even with lifting the containers in their holder and pumping numerous times, we could not manage to make it work. Recommend replacement/modification of the mount for these. Restaurant vibe nonexistent. We weren’t able to find reviews of the dinning room and didn’t want to risk disappointing ourselves when great options are within walking distance of the hotel. Did not try restaurant. We would stay again.

Room wasn't clean - hairs everywhere. We were "upgraded" to a junior king suite but it was actually a very old, dirty room compared to the basic king rooms. Location is good, rooms and cleanliness, not so much.

We stayed here when visiting Toronto to go to a Blue Jays game. It was easily walkable from Union Station, making it an ideal location for visiting the CN Tower, Aquarium and Rogers Centre. Great options for eating and to explore with kids. We were also able to walk to Billy Bishop Airport in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would recommend this spot for a family vacation.

They had a water leak problem so we were placed at another hotel, with a room arrangement that was not suitable for the 2 adults and a child sharing the room. We also had to go to the Radisson hotel to be processed then move to the other hotel to be processed again.
