Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown

Everything was wonderful during our stay paul and scott in the breakfast restaurant on 5th floor makes your day with morning breakfast with there smile and friendliness the place in within walking distance to scotiabank arena i recommended this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a family vacation with a wonderful breakfast restaurant paul and Scott are wonderful gentlemen to take of all your breakfast neeeds

We enjoyed a four night stay while visiting family. Pros: location excellent. Walk to union station, CN tower, Aquarium, etc. Great views. WIFI coverage good without disruption. Staff very helpful, professional, and friendly. Clean rooms and property. Housekeeping was available as needed and laundry upon request. We appreciated staff arrangement of transportation for us. Good communication about pool being closed upon booking. Cons: the soap dispenser in the shower is flawed in design and faulty such that you have to request additional shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Even with lifting the containers in their holder and pumping numerous times, we could not manage to make it work. Recommend replacement/modification of the mount for these. Restaurant vibe nonexistent. We weren’t able to find reviews of the dinning room and didn’t want to risk disappointing ourselves when great options are within walking distance of the hotel. Did not try restaurant. We would stay again.

Room wasn't clean - hairs everywhere. We were "upgraded" to a junior king suite but it was actually a very old, dirty room compared to the basic king rooms. Location is good, rooms and cleanliness, not so much.

We stayed here when visiting Toronto to go to a Blue Jays game. It was easily walkable from Union Station, making it an ideal location for visiting the CN Tower, Aquarium and Rogers Centre. Great options for eating and to explore with kids. We were also able to walk to Billy Bishop Airport in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would recommend this spot for a family vacation.

They had a water leak problem so we were placed at another hotel, with a room arrangement that was not suitable for the 2 adults and a child sharing the room. We also had to go to the Radisson hotel to be processed then move to the other hotel to be processed again.

We arrived there around 3:30 to find out that the elevators do not work. The room was very dirty Found food in the fridge that wasn’t ours Bathroom had mould everywhere Bed had hair all over it The bed also had little black fuzz everywhere… in the middle of the night we woke up scratching our body’s not thinking anything ( but now maybe bed bugs?) The base boards were coming off the walls Some of the lamps weren’t turning on Staff at the front desk were being sarcastic whenever they helped us also had a rotten smells like bad eggs I have pictures of everything And will be contacting Expedia to discuss something back in return. I spent good money for that room and it was horrible experience. It is very rare we get time away from the kids. I’ve used Expedia for everything And the pictures they posted does not match reality… looked amazing on the Expedia website but when you arrive at the hotel, it’s a bit different and the room we stayed in was not the room in the picture or even close to it. I would like for Expedia to contact me about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel at that price for anyone

Great location. We had a young child and an older adult in party and the main attractions that we wanted to see were very close. Sometimes early in the evening that noise from the street was a bit loud but it was not too bad overall considering location. Wish we had more time to try the pool.

I love this hotel, it was a great choice for my family. We walked everywhere and the public transportation was right in the front of we needed.

Great pool, disappointed with the lack of In-house restaurant. There is a sports bar attached, but not very family friendly!

Check in went very smoothly and was quick. Parking on site. Great customer service Even the security guards on site all made a point to acknowledge the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better view from our room. My 5 year old son said his bed was soo comfortable he didn’t want to wake up our last morning.
