Bisha Hotel Toronto

We had an incredible stay! The service was amazing, from the front desk, to valet, to servers, every body we can in contact with was so great and instantly made us feel comfortable. We traveled with our two young children which I was initially concerned about but all of the stuff were super sweet to them and made their stay so special. We will absolutely be staying here again!

I arrived early and they not only had a room available in 30 minutes, but they upgraded me to a junior suite! The bath products were wonderful and I loved having a tub to soak in after a long day exploring the city!

Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under visiting for 1 night. We had a great experience overall however it's not our type of hotel. The atmosphere was almost nightclub like. Again, not our style but back in my single days or without kids I would have probably have appreciated it more. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Beds were ok but found it strange that there was only a duvet and no top sheet (only a fitted sheet on the matress). There was almost a perfume smell in the room which was a bit too strong considering we're so used to scent free environments. The elevators were really slow while we were there. But overall, we had a great stay. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Being able to send a text message to the front desk to ask questions was simple and convenient. The view of the CN tower from our room was really great! And the location can't be beat as it's close to all the action. Great place to stay if you're going to a Jays game! While I don't recommend this hotel for families, it would be excellent for couples or for those without kids.

Our first stay at Bisha was just great - friendly, accommodating and gracious - would go back for sure, and really nice style and rooms as well. I would say for families, the pool was good but it's in the middle of the dinner/cocktail lounge on the roof, so not really a spot for cannonballing, but we still had fun in it.

Beautiful hotel, with excellent dining options. Walkable to a lot of amenities. Stayed with children, and they enjoyed it as well. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
