this bar is like a family who offers you a jazz band in their home…and serves good and drinks and you can spend the night too- close to shopping, museums, parks…it’s fantastic

The REX is our place to stay in Toronto👍 Clean, reasonably priced, family run, great food and Entertainment. Parking is reasonable for overnight and right around the corner. Location is perfect as well. We'll be back🤗

The room was in poor repair. Electric outlets not covered, hole in ceiling, mold coming from air conditioner and the air leaked water all night. The room had a couple of repairs that looked like a child had tried to fix. The location was great but it is located over a bar/restaurant and it was the kind of place patrons probably rented by the hour. I’m surprised by the good reviews as the only good thing about the hotel was it’s location. It’s within walking distance from the Rogers centre. Parking was 25 Canadian dollars. The bar had good draft beer and the people in the bar nice.
