Grand Royal Condos - CN Tower

The owners were rude asking us reason of staying here since you have 416 no. That was a breach to privacy. Telling us you are not supposed to party!! It’s an insult for us. We are professionals engineers and I’m 49 and those people were lecturing us! I honestly wanted to back out last minute but it was paid for. Parking is a disaster in P5. Worse ever! Apartment is cold due lots of draft and windows. Noisy. Small sitting area. It was ok if you need more than one bedroom for family, but not wow. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

The place was well kept, family friendly, we really enjoyed our stay ohh my kids can’t stop talking about how spacious the apartment was, for me it’s the fact that one could walk to most places we intended to visit. We had a good stay and will recommend to anyone, we will also use it again in the future

Please do not book with Royal Condos. There were a few faults with our room and it is not as nice as the pictures demonstrate. The service offered by Royal Condos is terrible. They are completely unhelpful and do not go out of their way to help you. Kashif who is the rep there is completely unprofessional and fails to respond back to any messages you send him. He initially promises you lots of things like room service, but during our stay we had no room service for 10 days, no change of bed sheets or towels. From our experience we will never use or book with this company again. The lifts were always broken. We once had to walk 30 flights of stairs with our young children because the lifts were not working. When we tried to exit onto our floor through the fire exit, it was locked! We tried to gain access through some other floors but the doors were also locked on those levels. A complete fire hazard. Unfortunately, a really bad experience for us.

Condo is on a great downtown location in the Entertainment district. Very comfortable. One bedroom is regular bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other "bedroom" is a bed and nightstand with sliding frosted glass partitions that worked well for our kids. Check in is a bit tricky as you must pay to park somewhere nearby until you get your parking paid and the remote to park onsite. Very close walk to Roger Center and CN Tower and Hockey Hall of Fame. Starbucks on street level. Pool was very nice (oiytdoir) with nice. Ire of Lake, CN tower, etc.

Very nice clean luxury condo . Right cross of CN tower and aquarium. we got 2 bedrooms . Because some misunderstanding. The owner give us a 3 bedrooms for the same price. Beds are comfortable. Full kitchen and two bathrooms. Highly recommend for families.
