My family lived next door for over a decade before we moved out of Toronto. We returned to our old neighbourhood to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and were impressed by the renovations done at the Novotel. Staff were friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. The rooms are nice.

Our room was in good condition and we really enjoyed our brief stay. We had booked for 7 nights but had to leave after two due to a family member passing away back home in Australia. The hotel kindly agreed to charge us for two nights only. They were really supportive and considerate. We both really enjoyed our brief stay amd would definitely stay again.

This hotel was super clean and the whole staffing was amazing. The kids even loved how nice everyone was and the free cookies they got. The food and drinks were very good. I’ll stay in this hotel once again.

Great value for money. Really nice hotel in a good spot close to plenty of eateries. Easy walk to Union Station. The kids loved the indoor pool.

The staff were the best I’ve had. I’ve stayed at Novotel Hotels before but this by far was the best. Anna and Tatiana and Quang and Frazier made our stay with their excellent friendly service and hospitality. I would go back as a result. Anna served us daily for breakfast and was always smiling and helpful and sweet to my children. I hope the staff are recognized because I travel a lot and this is my first review!! Loved the happy hour and the gym and pool too. Nice job staff !!

Hotel was great and front desk staff helpful and friendly. Made kids feel welcome. Only suggestion i would have is at breakfast, let someone finish eating before you bring cheque to their table. Felt like i was being rushed to leave.

The place was noisy. People running around the halls and babies crying all night. Obviously not in their control, but when asked front desk if they had ear plug they dismissed me and didn't even acknolewdge it was an issue. For the price point they were asking, atleast try to be considerate of the situation.

Clean and family friendly. Have never been to a hotel that gives gifts to kids upon check in! Very sweet and the little activity books were perfect to take with us to dinner out!
