The lobby was full of loud kids running around every time we walked through. The guy at the desk upon check in was not at all friendly. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the towels are very rough (even for hotel towels) and the blanket was not clean. The ladies at check out were friendly even though there were fire alarms going off an kids running around.

When arrived there was kids running through the lobby, no parents around. Kids were playing in the so called eating area. Went to park our car and kids playing with a football and riding scooters in the parking lot. I was very worried our car was going to be damaged. There seemed to be a lot of sketchy people hanging out back of the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to a young couple or a family.

Front staff was great. Friendly and efficient. Beds are okay but the pillows are too small length wise but too full. Hard to get comfortable. Hallway to our room was full of kids having a party. We didn't say anything because come 10pm we didn't hear a sound from them. Our room was somewhat clean. Regular maid duties were great but the windows were filthy, the dirt and dust on the walls were gross. Our second night our key cards were deactivated and we had to wait to have them fixed. Apparently an issue with this hotel.

I woke up my first morning with bites on my hip. I let them know I would have family coming they turned them away couldnt have them come up to visit

Good Value for a night's stay. Easy to find and in a good area with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking that is well lighted. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was limited but good for a quick bite and the coffee was hot. I was happy they had lactose free milk which did impress me. The toilet was very short and small which was odd. Beds were quite uncomfortable in my opinion. My office chair was worn out....not a huge deal but needs replacing. I was disappointed by the constant running and screaming of kids up and down the halls between 10pm and midnight. I could hear them stampeding on the floor above as well.

DISGUSTING Hallway was not vacuumed, found multiple hairs in the bed (obviously not changed), toilet kept running and bathroom was gross. I didn’t feel safe having an home in my room to fix these things because of my valuables. Front desk was nice but had no knowledge of anything in the area. People were living on the floor we were staying on and the kids were running up and down the hall and started yelling at 7am. Terrible experience… find somewhere else to stay.

Disappointed w the room. Upon arrival, they gave me a quieter room because there were a bunch of kids. But it was in front of elevator & ice machine. Not so quiet. The wallpaper was peeling and overall could be cleaner.

Customer service desk was often empty, having to ring to get service. Breakfast not included and even when you pay... very little choice and major lack of quality and restaurant looking like someone try to refresh it with kid paint kit.. 15years ago.
