We had three families all staying here and it worked out really nicely. They were able to accommodate our group with rooms beside each other. Breakfast was good and this was overall a good experience for our family.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location off the main highway and Terry Fox. Many shopping options nearby. The hotel staff are also super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are only a few downsides - 1) We booked a suite as we have a toddler and wanted her to sleep in a seperate room. We were shocked to find there was no door seperating the room from the sitting area. This made it difficult for us to enjoy our night after the kids went to sleep. 2) the pool is very shallow Overall good value for money. Wouldn't mind coming back again

The staff were very friendly. I was disappointed in the breakfast, lack of options (the only fruit was apples, the eggs were powdered), and the noise control between the rooms seemed minimal. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us, kids running up and down the hall and yelling sounded like they were in our room. The rooms were nice and clean but I wasn’t happy with those few things.

Checking in was quuick and easy, staff was amazing. Very busy for Tim McGraw concert, and they were fast, polite and still personable. Everything would have a 5 stars except, last minute our plans changed, kids sports scheduled changed last minute forcing us to check out earlier. We attempted to check out at 3:30am(4hr drive back home to make it back in time for new sports game), but no one was at the desk, waited around 20 minutes, walked around looking for someone, and tried calling the hotel to see if.phone would be fowarded to someone inside somewhere. We ended up writing our information down for check out on a napkin and left it at the desk. Again, great service during the day, checking in, and just random times walking through the hotel, only issue was checking out.

Easy to access hotel from parking lot. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and housekeeping staff was very friendly. Room was clean, well stocked. We found there were not any phone chargers or plugs in the rooms, so that should be updated. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was also a basketball tournament in the area, so there were MANY kids running up and down the hallway, doors were slamming until past 11:30. I realize this is beyond the employees control, but maybe when large groups like that are staying , they should all be placed on one floor.

Our room wasn’t ready for almost 2 hours after the check in time and therefore we weren’t able to have dinner before our event. The pool was so cold that my children wouldn’t even swim in it. But, the staff were friendly!

The hotel was located off highway 417. My family and I were passing through and decided to stop in Ottawa/Kanata because the youngest traveller is a toddler and it was getting late. It was easy to find the hotel off the highway and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that there was cashew nuts on the floor near our TV. The cleaning person must have missed it. Other than that the room appeared clean and nothing else was amiss. Beds were great and not noisy at all despite being close to the highway. Would stay there again if the opportunity present itself.

Amazing, conditions and cleanness of rooms are good. Although gym equipment require maintenance, swimming pool and coin laundry are family friendly. Breakfast included in the room charge is also highly appreciated as there are not so much please for breakfast nearby

Great business stay. Excellent front desk staff. Not bad breakfast. Waffles would be nice, but its not a complaint. Comfortable beds...overall, VERY clean. Highly recommended for family stays or short business stays.
