Have stayed in many of these types of hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. Room was very spacious, well equipped and fully featured to keep kids and family entertained.

it was a wonderful stay. the staff was great. we had a bunch of hocky kids staying and they were running thebhalls and acting foolish. but the staff took care of it right away. great experience over all

Excellent and attentive service. Good sized suite for the price with separate bedroom and sitting/kitchen area. Did just what we needed for a week long family visit where we did not want to live in a hotel and eat out every day Note the free breakfast is very basic buffet (but we mostly ate in), and kitchen is hob+microwave For a decent coffee and quick meal there is the excellent MorningOwl cafe on corner of opposite block

Overall my stay was good, not great. Breakfast was lack lusture compared to orther Homewood Suites. Contential more than anything. A kids hockey team was staying at the hotel during my stay, which meant A LOT of running around and knocking on doors. Love that Homewood Suites is pet friendly but the increased fees at this location left a bad tast in my mouth.

The room is exceptionally clean, but I have some feedback. The TV is directed towards the wall, so when we were there as a family, I had to adjust the TV towards my daughter. Consequently, I couldn't watch it, and if I positioned it towards me, my daughter couldn't see. Another observation is about breakfast; it's the bad breakfast I've ever had. Also, we were served in biodegradable plastic glasses and plates. I greatly admire the professionalism of the receptionist, especially Mr. Phil. However, the female receptionists appeared quite rude.

Stayed here to see my family and for business. Nice hotel, like the area and the staff are friendly. Recommend this hotel for the location, room size and nice staff.

The staff was attentive. Place perfect for a family of 6. Would have liked an in-suite washer and dryer, apartment style and some more variety in the breakfast. Overall was amazing and we will be back soon.
