This is a family run hotel, I was very well looked after and treated by staff. They are all very friendly and give great tips to explore the city. I was positively shocked at their breakfast menu, so many options and far more than what you'd expect, certainly from my past experience with other smaller hotel chains. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

The service was great, it felt like a family establishment and we really enjoyed our stay! We stayed during a thunderstorm and the hotel staff did a wonderful job reassuring everyone and providing as much comfort as possible.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Inside the hotel doesn’t match the outside appearance. Don’t be fooled by the name either. Free breakfast was wonderful and my family will definitely stay here again!
