Cheerful! The staff and the property. I was travelling with my 90 year old mother, and we both were extremely pleased with the service, the cleanliness, and the comfort! We will highly recommend to any family members or friends travelling to the Ottawa area.

Very easy and this is the best option for an overnight stay and an early morning flight. The shuttle service is really good, but it is a small minivan with only foir passenger seats. So if you are a family or have a lot of luggage, call and make arrangements with the front desk, but prepare to wait in line or be split up. Or take a taxi. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and has a full service diningroom.

We have been using this location for over 8 years on a regular basis (usually monthly or bi-monthly). We were extremely disappointed this last visit. We rented 2 rooms so that we could enjoy a mini vacay with grand children. We could not turn off the heat and sweltered. The staff tried to accommodate by providing fans however this did nothing to reduce the sweltering heat. More disturbingwas the fact that when we all got dressed in our swimwear and treked to the pool we found it tbe hot tub and excercise room all under construction. We mentioned the disappointment to the staff on checkout and they perked up and told us we could have enjoyed the pool at the orher hotel. It would have been nice if they could have posted a sign by the pool to undicate that. This is the first time we have had multiple issues with this hotel. We are very disappointed with our stay there

We just finished staying with you for 3 nights I booked the room online but paid when we registered in person at the hotel There was nowhere in the registration online that I could use my senior status or CAA membership to get a little discount We were told when we arrived that we could not be given any discount as it had to be down when booking our reservation We have our daughter and her family that live in Ottawa so we plan to visit on a regular basis but there are also other hotels in the same area that may offer us these discounts We did enjoy our stay with you but we are seniors that are travelling from Niagara and any savings help

Very convenient to visiting family in area. Quiet and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

The room is super big and clean. It's very good for a family. The service all in all is very good.
