This is the first hotel that my top #1 so far that we stayed in. The room layout and attention to details in the standard room is very impressive. It's roomy and it's great with travelling with family. And the breakfast options were great as well. They also have 24/7 coffee at the lobby. And you can also hanging out with your own drinks or food in the lobby which not all hotels does that. Overall, I would love to come back here again.

I had an appointment in Ottawa but the office was closed. I am glad for an early check. The front desk staff Sam was excellent and professional in his duties. He made my family and I stay worthwhile.

Went for a weekend getaway with family. When I checked in the clerk was very accommodating as to ensure my request for all 3 rooms be on the same floor. He was extremely friendly and polite as were all other staff that I spoke with. The cleanliness of this hotel is phenomenal. Rooms are very roomy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. I only wished that we could open a window so we could get some fresh air into the room. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and I was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and had all the essentials, the pool area was enjoyable and the staff was helpful. My only comment is that it was very busy during our stay which translated to having to wait for a place to sit at breakfast and long lines at the buffet. This stressed me a bit because we had two young children with us but I understand the hotel has no control over its occupancy rate and of course we could have brought the food to our room. I would have appreciated a bit more of seating area for the service. Other than that, it met all my needs.

The rooms were big and spacious. Very clean. Beds were comfy and love how big the bathroom was. Definitely recommend for families!

So impressed!! I stayed here with my two children for a long weekend. Some of the highlights: spotless rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, great little pool, underground parking, fantastic hot and cold breakfast options, free tea and coffee all day, amazing location close to everything. Also, we made use of the sofa bed in the room and I'm often horrified when I open up a hotel sofa bed but this one was super clean, comfy and freshly made with comfy blankets. Can't say enough great things. Will definitely stay when we're in Ottawa again. Thank you!

After 9pm, they were still vaccuuming the hallway carpets and general maintenance. It was quite loud and maybe could have been done earlier in the day as there were a lot of younger children on my floor. Pressure for the water in the bathrooms was not great either. Breakfast crew were lovely though!
