The check in Staff were great! The check in staff, were extremely great to us and our babies. The pool was great as well. The bathroom tub was dirty, and the air conditioner cover was half off. The staff at breakfast were not friendly, they did not even say good morning. The Lady checking us out had alot of attitude, I did not find her friendly at all. She did not even ask how our stay was. I brought up in regards to the cover etc and she gave bad attitude.

We didn’t even stayed in this hotel, we reached in Hotel around 1:30am but there was lots of cockroaches in the room, so we decided not to stay in that hotel. We had 4 yrs old kid, very tired and had to leave at night. Night manager Ashraf was very helpful.

The room is perfectly big enough to fit my family, the pool was clean and well organized, the room service stuff were full supportive. I will definitely stay book the same hotel next time… Thank you for giving us such a comfortable and amazing experience

Great little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. The breakfast was very good, neat little pancake maker. Perfect for myself and my kids.

The property of the hotel was great but the manager was terrible. He accused our kids of stealing a chocolate bar and asked the kids to show their pockets. It was totally inappropriate and disgraceful.

I'll tell you my experience not saying it would be everyone experience here but I wouldn't stay here again. Rooms very cold, little dirty, They have posted everywhere that they clean and that they carry a high standard NOT!!! They only do cleaning on demand which means if you want a clean room you have to go and ask the front deak and they will put you on a list of rooms to be cleaned hopefully they get to it. Breakfast very disappointed hard eggs hard buns the only thing really editable is the Muffins so like I said maybe not everyone experience but my familys trip was very disappointed and turned off when we booked for 2 night and our rooms wasn't clean nor anything advertised was really decent...
