Hotel is decently located in Ottawa. The hotel was exceptionally clean, service was great. 1 bedroom very convenient for families with a great kitchenette. Comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was included and best I've had for an included breakfast at a hotel.

It was a great confortable experience. Pool is good for kids. No jacuzzi. Beds clean. Room big. Breakfast has a big variety.

I loved the hotel and its staff. My room was so spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be considered is the pool water that was not clean enough for my baby so I didn’t use it.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport, O train station (not yet open), close to some plazas where you can find food, not too far from the Carleton University and other parks. I like the studio room where there are small stove, refrigerator, even dish washer you can do your own cook, good for family staying.

The rooms were large and perfect for a family of 5 staying for a week. The pool was warm and open long hours. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were always helpful, polite and welcoming. We would stay here again on our next visit to Ottawa.

Checked in to hear we got upgraded to a suite for free. My children and I were thrilled. The suite was clean, spacious, and everything we could need to enjoy an extended stay. I’m sad we were only booked the one night! We made the most of it and took advantage of the pool and breakfast that was included. The whole facility was very clean. Staff were all friendly and greeted us each time we passed by someone. We have to now come back to Ottawa for other medical appointments, and with it being only 10 minutes away from CHEO we definitely will be back!

Check-in was fast and easy, parking free. There’s covered parking also. Room was clean. The pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was convenient. Not a lot of options but the basics were there, which was fine. There’s a few dining options walking distance. There’s a pharmacy right across the hotel. The pool is small but kids enjoyed it. I really enjoyed my stay there. Especially traveling alone with a baby, the staff was quite helpful.

Everything was up to par. The room was fantastic. Breakfast was great. My only concern was the lack of supervision when it came to Parents and their children. It seems that the Parents feel it's ok to use the exercise room as a daycare facility. This happened on several occasions, while we were trying to get a quick workout in. Management should keep better control over this. Other than that. A nice two night stay on Easter weekend.

Great family hotel. Far from downtown Ottawa however, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.
