Hotel is decently located in Ottawa. The hotel was exceptionally clean, service was great. 1 bedroom very convenient for families with a great kitchenette. Comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was included and best I've had for an included breakfast at a hotel.

It was a great confortable experience. Pool is good for kids. No jacuzzi. Beds clean. Room big. Breakfast has a big variety.

Second time staying at this property for business. Brought my partner and infant child for 3 weeks. Room was extremely clean, very spacious equipped with large fridge , good size kitchen. Really enjoyed the large space of the suite. Everyday the room was cleaned. No dust, great maintaining of the suites. Cleaning service did a great job consistently no complaints. Breakfast was really delicious each morning. Everyday was something different. Coffee offered 24 hours. Very helpful. Staff in every department was consistently welcoming, friendly, professional and respectful. That’s the huge plus for booking again. The overall friendliness is the reason I booked again. Great team at this location. Five star service. Really outstanding. Definitely will book again on my next work trip to ottawa.

Amazing stay! It was exactly what my family needed (3 kids and two adults). If you don’t want to use the car to get to downtown it’s easy to go via public transportation.

Had a really hard time booking, then who i booked online payed for everything it took them 2h to give my room card. Woke up with marks all over my body and my kids. Pretty sure it was bed bugs.

I loved the hotel and its staff. My room was so spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be considered is the pool water that was not clean enough for my baby so I didn’t use it.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport, O train station (not yet open), close to some plazas where you can find food, not too far from the Carleton University and other parks. I like the studio room where there are small stove, refrigerator, even dish washer you can do your own cook, good for family staying.

The suite was well equipped and cozy.. best place for family

The rooms were large and perfect for a family of 5 staying for a week. The pool was warm and open long hours. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were always helpful, polite and welcoming. We would stay here again on our next visit to Ottawa.

Checked in to hear we got upgraded to a suite for free. My children and I were thrilled. The suite was clean, spacious, and everything we could need to enjoy an extended stay. I’m sad we were only booked the one night! We made the most of it and took advantage of the pool and breakfast that was included. The whole facility was very clean. Staff were all friendly and greeted us each time we passed by someone. We have to now come back to Ottawa for other medical appointments, and with it being only 10 minutes away from CHEO we definitely will be back!
