Stay was good, rooms a bit small for 2 double beds. Downside, we got room close to the elevator, so noise, from people getting on and off, made for a difficult sleep. Pool was clean and surprisingly not overly crowded. Game room was a treat for the kids. All in all would stay again.

Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Everything was great. Pool & teen room kept the kids occupied. One small thing was the size of the 2 “double beds” - they were quite small.

We spent 2 nights during the March Break. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The pool was big in relation to other hotel pools that we’ve stayed at (it was also warm). The kids enjoyed both entertainment rooms. An added bonus that there was not charge for any of the games in the teen room.

Property was safe, convenient and close to Ottawa's light train. Staff were really friendly and accomodating. Pool are very clean. Great play areas for kids. Really enjoyed out time there.

My husband had difficulty ( the hotel would not call me) checking-in while I was still at work (planned to go later). Otherwise stay was fine. Good for family and convenient but pricy indoor parking option

Great, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff with good service. Near to the main attractions in Ottawa, with lots for dining options, bars and pubs around the area. Great for families, single or group business travelers.
