Excellent stay with kids. The pool was perfect for them for an afternoon activity. Shops are close by.

Although we didnt bring our kids, it was nice to see the pool have toys and such for them. We are also hoping the glass is one way glass as there was a wedding going on while we were in the pool lol. Rooms were great. Parking is nice but pricey. Really wish there was a normal continental breakfast within the hotel as breakfast was incredibly expensive for stuff that is at every other hotel. 80 bucks for yogurt and cereal? No thanks

Pool was excellent. Such a large pool! Restaurant was very good, lots of options. Junior suite was amazing. Lots of room for four people (two adults and two kids) and a dog. The carpet in the rooms was a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise the rooms were excellent. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Ottawa. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome.

Nice property and staff. Pool was great for kids and adults. Didn’t seem to have room service. Maybe more like a 3.5 star. We had a nice stay all around though. Would consider going back.

The propery was clean and location was good - close enough to be walking distance from many attractions yet far enough to be a quiet out of the way spot... except for the construction going on at the time of our stay. The pool was well kept and provided some pool toys, so kids had a blast. The couple things we did not like was the amount if water left in our room - 2 bottles for a family of 4. There was no ice machine on our floor and the vending machine refused to accept any paper money, so we couldn't buy any there either. The bathroom was also quite small.

Having two queen beds in our room instead of double beds like most hotels made it a lot more comfortable for my family.

EV charging not ready yet Parking garage is too low for the Tesla model x. I ended up scraping part of the falcon door on a pipe. Some paint came off. Now I need to fix it. The washroom in the rooms are too small. I can barely close the door. Even harder with kids. The rooms are too noisy, especially near the elevators. At 22 floors, the street traffic noise on a calm street was affecting our quality of sleep. Overall it was a bad stay with my families.

Dissapointed in kids activity room. I needed for my 3 year old grandson. For $300/day you could afford to create an interesting space.
