Amazing stay! The hotel employees were all very helpful, professional, civilized. They went above and beyond to solve certain little problems I had during my stay with other stakeholders such as delivery people and restaurants (I am cœliaque, had a show and by the time I returned to the hotel almost all restaurants were closed). Honestly, the level of service I was provided with was really high. And nothing to say about the services the hotel was supposed to deliver: they did it with a smile and even helped with again other things they had nothing to do about. Also a kids friendly hotel, and I mention it since even in certain other 4 to 5 hotels I’ve been in, it’s not always the case… Congrats to the team: I felt like I was home.

I really enjoyed the stay here over all. Staff was very lovely and the breakfast buffet was included in our room package. The have a convient snack store in the lobby that also sold board games which I thought was really neat. Unfortunately I couldn't swim so my only real complaint is very minor and it's that the pool room is very warm to sit and watch the kids play in the pool.

This hotel is average. The kitchen in our suite was not well equipped. The blackout curtains did not extend to the edges of the windows rendering them ineffective. Breakfast options for special diets were extremely limited. They have a serious rule about not taking food up to the rooms which is inconvenient for families traveling with kids.

Travelled with family - the room was spacious and front staff made the kids feel very special. It was great! Have recommended it repeatedly. Will stay there again.

Staff were really friendly and the free breakfast is better than most you pay for. Pool was great but deep if you have little kids. Only reason it lost a star was the bed was ok, surrounding area wasn’t very lively, but walkable to parliament, and a couple little details were missing ( we booked for 3 and only had 2 towels, no shampoo in dispenser, little things like that).would give 4 and 1/2 if able to.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. We booked two rooms for two families very nice hotel clean friendly staff. However we did not like the fact that we had to park off site as we were told their parking garage couldn’t accommodate the height of our standard pick up trucks. It was very inconvenient in the cold and with small kids. Other than that we would stay here again.

Well situated! The suite we had was quite spacious. Love the regular size fridge and the complete kitchen. I personally think it was clever to remove the mini-bar items from the room to have a little shop near the front desk. Staff is professional: polite, discreet, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast also won our family's vote. We recommend this hotel, especially for families
