Staff was very accommodating regarding parking and check out time. Good size room and quiet. Next door we had a screaming baby which could be heard in the hallway however we could not hear it in the room at all. Would stay here again!

My family and I were very pleased in our experience at the hotel.it was walking distance to everything, it was nice and quite all the staff were amazing. I would come back again

The hotel was right in the middle of the city. It was very close to the parliament building which was our main purpose of the stay. Easy check in and out. Well kept property. The only downside is it didn’t have a microwave for heating snacks for the kids.

Was Charged extra for kids even though booking was made for all. They only have valet parking - this was not clear while booking.. valet parking is usually supposed to be more convenient, but rather this was inconvenient with the 30 mins lead time to get the car etc..

Great location in downtown Ottawa. The room was decent in size. The TV allowed streaming so it was great for the kid. It would be more amazing if a small electric aater kettle and a better coffee machine was provided. Generally very happy with the stay

This is our third stay here. We stayed two nights. The room is perfect for our needs. We requested a quiet room and the staff provided just that. The hotel is close to some family members which makes it ideal.

We had a fantastic stay! Every staff member that we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Room was very clean and my children claim the most comfortable beds they ever slept on;)

Even though the rooms are dated, the beds were very comfortable and for us, we have two toddlers, and the room was very clean, safe for them and no hazards present.
