Front desk was so accommodating for our family on short notice and in a tricky situation. Very thankful good service still exists!

Decent room size, the pull out couch mattress wasn’t comfy at all even for kids, the main king size mattress was extremely used, could use a new set. Room was situated above the cleaning facilities so musty smell of water all evening when the ac was turned on.

Really good place to go if you have some kind of competition at the TRU facility. Plus the pool and free breakfast could be very useful for a big family or something. And the staff was super kind.

Was a wonderful stay even though it was only one night. Very clean and the room smelled refreshed. Breakfast options were very satisfying. Only down fall was too many kids running up and down hallway all hours of the night and was not impressed when someone brought there dog into the breakfast area while I was eating. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful, also enjoyed the lobby decorated for Halloween a nice touch!

2 night stay in Kamloops. Great room size with plenty of space for the family. Full breakfast in the morning with many options including gluten free. Located close to many restaurants and only a five minute drive to downtown. The only thing we would have liked to have was a bit of an outdoor space to sit in the evenings. Other than that it was great.
