This hotel is a hidden gem. Just off the main harbor area with a lovely little park in front. We had a clean room with comfortable beds and furniture! Great for families!

Lovely stay for 2 nights in Victoria. My mom uses a walker, and it was an easy walk to the inner harbour. The room was large with comfortable beds. No walk in shower, but there were grab bars and a nonskid mat for those with mobility challenges. Older decor, but clean. Very goos breakfast with protein options. Wr would definitely come back.

This place was clean and friendly. The rooms aren’t anything special, but they are nice. It is very conveniently located to walkable attractions. The included breakfast had tons of great options. This would be a great place to stay for a family on a budget.

A lovely older hotel. Prompt service at the desk on check-in and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. We loved our room - two Queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Inner Harbour. My bed was so comfortable my arthritis didn't bother me at all. The breakfast room was staffed and there was a large selection of food from make-your-own waffle irons, sausages, eggs, hash browns, tater tots, cereal, muffins, coffees and hot chocolate (which was really good!) We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Victoria visiting with our family!! Thank you Embassy Hotel staff!! We appreciated all of you and your kind service!

The parking was so tight. We have one of my family members that need wheelchairs accessible but there is none for us to park. We ask the front desk for the parking. The answers are we can park anywhere that we can find closer to the entrance. Need to create more handicap parking. But over all we were happy with the facility

BEST BUFFET BREAKFAST AS ALWAYS AND DINING ROOM CHEF AND STAFF ARE FANTASITC. front desk staff gave the grandchildren sunglasses which was so thoughtful and came in handy.

Everything was AMAZING! Staff was professional, friendly and helpful! The hotel was centrally located to all the sights for us to explore. The desk clerk was so helpful when one of our teenage family members had an emergency situation and the desk clerk was able to help her out! The complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS and one of the best we have had when traveling and staying in hotels that offered breakfast! The cook was out at the buffet several different times checking the temperatures of food. The kitchen staff members were constantly rooming around the dining room cleaning and making sure the serving buffet was clean. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel is wonderful. We will be staying here again on our next trip!
