Best Western Plus Inner Harbour

2 adults 2 kids stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location and great property. Very clean and maintained room. Perfect little kitchen with a balcony and park(harbour)view. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Room was very nice, enjoyed the balcony. We liked having the little kitchenette as it helped feeding our kids. The breakfast was great. Used the hot tub. Location was great for walking around downtown. Staff were friendly.

I chose this rather than a VRBO because I didn't want to pay an additional charge for parking, it included breakfast and i wouldn't have to make beds for my kids. When I got there I discovered that parking on site was $12.50/day when I returned from exploring Victoria I discovered that they don't make beds or do any cleaning unless you are staying more than 3 nights. This is very disappointing for a hotel. $250 per night to make your own beds. Breakfast was very good.

Very bad service! Didn’t have water for half a day and we had to leave the hotel with two little kids and talked to the receptionist about it and they didn’t do anything and blamed the city for breaking water pipes. Very pricey for the service as well

Breakfast included that’s what we are looking for. Very close to the parliament. You can park your car already earlier before your check in.Staff are so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t know that hotel in victoria don’t have AC but it’s okey they have fan and the place was cool when you open the window.we saved money for our meal everyday because we can cooked on our suite or family room. Parking is not included in your bill in Expedia but that’s fine because 15$ per night only, cheaper than outside. We will still book in this hotel with my family.Room service cleaning available every morning to change all your towels and get your garbage.

This was a great hotel for a family weekend getaway. I think the breakfast could improve: including healthier options. Nonetheless, everything else was perfect.

The property was great for a family of four. The staff was very very helpful and that made a huge difference. The room was great and the services were very good.

This hotel was very convenient for walking to the harbour. Clean, friendly staff. If travelling with family, rooms are a little tight but very clean and comfortable.

BW doesn’t accept cash anymore as a security deposit, so if your family doesn’t have a credit card you aren’t welcome there. At least that’s pretty much what we were told “next time you’ll need to have a credit card or you won’t be able to stay here”. Our bathroom had mold all around the ceiling in the shower, the toilet would keep running unless you jiggled the handle, our room door SLAMMED shut every time it closed, and our patio door was super hard to open. Not to mention, the continental breakfast was atrocious. We got a couple of plates for us and our toddler and it remained uneaten in our room. The sausages were cold and chewy, the eggs weren’t good, and the hash browns were cold and unappetizing. I appreciate that they offer a free breakfast, but this was just embarrassing quality. I’ll be honest, I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but the Best Western really disappointed us this time.

This is an ok hotel in a great location - just steps from everything downtown. The staff is very helpful and the free breakfast is great. However, there are a few things that families with young children should know. First, the pool is very small and gets deep very quickly - definitely not good for young children. Second, the water in the rooms is dangerously hot - really, this is the hottest tap water I have ever experienced. If you turn the faucet past the halfway point, it will burn children's hands - our son was in tears the first night.
