I booked a king size room and did not notice about the loft design which is my bed on upper deck with my 2 years old child. I request to changd another room and willing to pay extra. However, they said i cant change it as i booked from agent (Expedia). Totally inconvenient and helpfulness

No air conditioning in our unit, it's warm and kiddos were not able to sleep well as they are used to very cold weather.

Convenient and staff are amazing. Yale one of the server, goes beyond her job when she listened the concerned and resolved issue fast with compassion and respect. Jennifer in the reception was ensuring and knowledgeable to her job..i would higly recommend this ace to friends and family. Love theocation , service and the vibes around the property. We requested a microwave and they are so quick responding our request. .The students workers performed their job professionally.

Nice place with history staff ok not the best one individual couldn’t understand him well about parking that I paid for, when they reached me I almost felt like a school child being scolded. The room was nice hot shower with good pressure. The bed was hard and asked about a topper if they had one I was looked at as foreigner the Pedaly I was told the discount would be applied but check came to table with out took 15 min to get it straight

This was such a convenient hotel for our family trip. The location was perfect-as it’s situated close to the ferry drop off. They were so lovely to take and hold our luggage since check in wasn’t until later.The breakfast was included, plenty to choose from, wonderful addition to our stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bring in your own snacks though / there’s no pantry store at the location. We’d definitely come back!

As stated yes the property is dated and rather noisy, breakfast was plentiful but average, the Old hotel has a touch of history and a nice old feel when you walk through the doors, but where really lacked class for me was the constant little reminders dotted around asking you to leave tips for staff, there’s perspex cards in your room and on your dining table with QR codes, but the worst for me was a tip box made out of cardboard in the middle of the dining room covered in green tape, it looked like a grade 1 kid made it, as I said a classless touch.

Beautiful manor, great breakfast. I asked if they had a micorto heat leftovers from lunch and they kindly brought one to my room.very walkable, made it so easy to get out with small kids.

Lovely spot just steps from the ferry from Port Angeles. We walked onto the boat, and went to the hotel with our 2 kids and luggage. Love that they let us drop our bags for the day! Love the in-house restaurant and next time will definitely try out high tea at the adjoining spot, which is very charming.
