We always enjoy our stay here. Either with family or without, it has great amenities (pool, gym, sauna etc). Close to everything, great restaurant, room service, room decor a bit dated but very roomy with balcony - fresh sea air. Will stay here again.

Fantastic location with amazing views, all from the comforts of a luxurious room equipped with everything you might need to enjoy beautiful Victoria harbour front area. My family really enjoyed the ability to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted. Our room was very comfortable for our family of four, we will definitely be planning a return visit sometime soon!

We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view of the harbour. Tons of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 littles). We even hosted a pizza birthday party for my 3 year old, and had enough space for a handful of extra people to visit a bit. The amenities were fantastic - kids loved the pool! Valet service was prompt, in-room dining was delicious. And the location could not have been better.

Great staff. Food was not family friendly. Swimming pool we found Saran Wrap floating with bandages in the pool. Next day other people were removing ear plugs and other debris

Wonderful hotel & staff (Tina, Nikita, Jeffrey (Front desk), Brent (at the athletic club) and others were all very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean & comfy. Has a small fridge (Microwave was $10 for the Entire stay and worth it). Harbour was right across the street (beautiful views!), plus walking distance to shops, restaurants, Thrifty Foods Store, Bus stop...very convenient! We would stay here again and also recommend it to family & friends.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and room was comfortable (yet dated). But overall the hotel is very nice. One of the reasons I booked this hotel and paid more to stay here was for the pool, which ended up being closed during our stay. They did let me know about this in advance, which I appreciated, but they only gave one $20 voucher to apply towards dining as consolation....which isn't enough for my family of 5. It only bought 2 coffees and a few pastries. The pool is something we would have used daily. Free parking would have been nice for this inconvenience.

What a hidden gem. Outstanding room, absolutely nicest staff, I got in later than I'd wanted and am sad not to be spending more than one night here. Will be telling friends and family to stay here from now on as outstanding room with kitchenette, giant bathroom/soaker tub and seperate shower, balcony with parliament buildings view - so happy I found this place!

Staff and location are great. Pool was nice with great hours, and they have a smaller pool for the smaller children. Hot tub is on a timer, and the button to restart it is on the other side of the pool area. Great idea to have little creamers available in the mini fridge for the in room coffee, but coffee supplies are on an old round table tucked into a corner beside the bed. While there are two nice size arm chairs to sit in, only one of them is near the table, so playing cards etc is hard to unless you use the beds. Room needs an update, but was very clean and charming. Had an alarm clock beside the bed with usb plugs. TVs are inside an old armoire and had no option for any pay per view or casting to own devices. Overall good one night stay.

Excellent staff and room service, most comfortable beds and pillows! Everything was clean and wonderful. Only downside was I was very lost trying to find my car, their parking map doesn’t show parking numbers so we wondered around for 20 mins haha but everything else was perfect! Been here a couple times and can’t wait to come back again and again. The pool was a blast for us all and the kids. Food was delicious and excellent!
