Stayed for 2 nights, room well appointed with full kitchen and dining table for 4. Comp breakfast was good, so was pool & hottub. Perfect for families on multinight stays. Close to shops & restaurants along Ellerslie rd. Recommended

We chose this property because it was close to a clinic we had to visit, and for that it was perfect. It was not near to much dining or shopping without a little drive however. That wasn't why we came though. So it was great for our family. The staff was really awesome, and valued input. The breakfast in the morning was also great and had some variety day to day which was nice. We'd stay again.

no good, housekeeping was terrible, asked for a complimentary tooth brush and they didn't have any, asked for a pillow harder than the ones they had in the room and they sent me exactly what I already had, they never replenished the tea and coffee from the room. and the cleaning seemed that was done by a 5 years old kid

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent enough. The pool was warm and enjoyable for the kids. We would stay again.

Do NOT book this hotel. We booked for a family weekend. We arrived at our room at 9:30pm. The hotel informed me they upgraded my room without asking. They moved us to a king suit. We needed 2 queen beds for our family of 4. They said they called but I didn’t answer my phone at 7:30pm and they gave my room away. They also took $180 from our credit card and I’ve been fighting for 2 weeks to get a refund still haven’t received my money back. This hotel is not a place I would ever book again. The manager doesn’t know how to operate a hotel. He can’t even see I was charged for a night at his hotel even after providing proof and he knows I didn’t stay there. Also who gives away a person room at 9:30pm. We were traveling and not in cell reception. I’m so glad the Hampton Hotel next door was accommodating and more affordable and less of a headache then this horrible hotel.

We stayed here with our family for weekend, we reserved a two queen room, when checked in the "upgraded" us to a queen suite, but it only had one bed and pull out sofa. We asked for a new room but told us they were sold out. When we pulled out sofa bed it was filthy, and badly stained, i took pictures and showed front desk and they were able to switch us to a better room. The front desk, Tamanna, was so patient and uderstanding, even with our complaints! The pool was great not too deep for our kids, and breakfast was good, not alot of choices but something for everyone.

There was only one staff that evening. There were a dozen children playing and running through the hallway making a mess with pop and food and no one did anything. Also, the shower was not very clean.

We enjoyed having different breakfast options each day throughout our stay. We booked for a family of 4, we did not have enough towels. Was also nice to have full size fridge, kitchen was not fully stocked with silverware. Only had 1 fork and 2 spoons. Overall we would stay again.

My family did have a great time staying.

TV didn’t work, but they told us that from the start and said they would give a discount for the first night and then move us. Nobody ever contacted us about moving and we weren’t too keen on moving our luggage, dog, and 2 kids to another room. But, a tv would have been nice at night, not sure why moving us would have been easier than just replacing the tv. Either way, when I brought it up at the end no additional discount or remedy was offered.
