Four Points By Sheraton Edmonton Gateway

Good location. A bit noisy as there was a small child in the adjoining room who was up early and loud.

We arrived at 4:30 and one room was not ready, so we left and went out shopping.The shopping was great and with-in a short drive.The hotel has a very nice hot tub and pool which we made use of. The problem started when we turned in for the night, our room was across from the door to the stairwell, which the children in the hotel used as part of their raceway. The kids were on the floor above us running up and down the hallway then they proceeded to come down the stairwell slam the door run down the hallway to the elevator go back up to the floor above us and start the race over again. I called security and all quieted down less than 1 hour later it started again, now a second call to security. The sad part of all this is when I checked out the front desk never even bothered to ask, how was your stay.
