We booked this hotel as a quick last minuite booking. Checkin was good, however minuites after checking in we got trapped in the elevator. The buttons wouldn't work, elevator didnt move and couldn't open the door. Had to call for help. My wife who has severe anxiety over elevators was not coping well with this event. We did get out within 10 minutes. Nobody contacted us afterwards, and at checkin my wife was going to mention if asked how our stay was. It wasnt asked so we left. We should have got offered a discount of some kind for what happened to my family in that very hot elevator. I understand things happen that are out of control but this was a tramatic event especially to my wife.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but hallway was noisy at night. Could hear doors slamming and loud children.

The room was very clean, we stayed three nights and room was cleaned regularly till we checked out, complimentary breakfast was excellent, I and my kids really enjoyed the food. Very friendly front desk ( thanks for all you do). Overall we had a lovely stay

OMG Overrun with kids A huge Soceer tournament, huge basketball tournament and huge dance competition! Full to the max with a billion kids Kids running up and down hallways, 30 in the pool and I can’t even tell you the horrors at breakfast! Love love kids BUT as an old married couple with no kids this was way way too much for us.

There is lack of parking and people had to create their own parking spaces, there was a lot of sea cans in the parking lot. Wasn't sure if it was due to recent renovation which I couldn't really tell or there's lack of storage space for the hotel. The hotel is extremely hot and so was our room and we couldn't adjust the temperature and we tried to get water for our kids who were so thirsty and the water station in the lobby was empty.

Stayed as a family for 2 nights. The free breakfast and pool were great with a kid. . Not really a walkable neighborhood but convient driving access to shops and restaurants. Clean room with comfy bed.

We appreciate the fact they are going through a reno, so overall this place was awesome!! I had three "adult" children and our big dog. No complaints, so that's a good sign lol. :)
