The room was dirty, stains on the wall, dust in the bathroom, cereal on the floor. Only 1 towel provided for a family of 3 and we were in late out early so calling was annoying as I didn’t wanna wake the kids. No body wash and only 1 soap bar for hands and body. Overall wouldn’t stay!!

Extremely loud if you’re staying adjacent to the restaurant. Had a sport tournament the following day and kids couldn’t fall asleep from the loud music coming from the lounge. Room was large but no lighting. Definitely not staying here again.

Liked the two bedrooms for my family and was clean. The air did not work, which was uncomfortable. It was at 24.5, too hot. The fridge froze our food and the room smelt like smoke. Interior room with no windows really dark and could hear noise from lounge below. Breakfast was $13pp, expensive for a whole family.

No idea how this is a “VIP” Expedia property- Stayed because it was cheapest and only in town to support a family member in hospital. Have been making rounds at various hotels- this so far is the worst. Filthy, run down, stripped to basics room. Lobby & common rooms are lovely and disguise the true state of this property. Train on one side & hwy on the other side doesn’t help its cause. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and cleaning staff was friendly but poorly trained. Had to laugh at the bath mat- it was something I would have relegated to scrubbing my car with- maybe someone had?

Upon initial arrival it seemed nice, the staff were pleasant enough but as we entered our room there was no lights/ switches throughout the room, just lamps that you had to turn on by pushing a button on the lamps themselves. Not a big deal, but as we turned on the lights we noticed that there was dust everywhere… the air vents were coated with dust that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The furniture had old milk spilt on it and the mirrors were dirty. The doors were covered in built up residue and there was garbage under the bed that my toddler pulled out. Just generally displeased with the experience and wouldn’t recommend.

I showed up at the hotel around 12:15 and asked to check-in. I was told that check-in was at 3:00. I asked if it was possible to check-in now and she repeated that check-in was at 3:00. She did not even check our reservation to see if the room was ready. 15 minutes later I walked through the lobby and saw her checking in other guests. I have been travelling for over 30 years and have never been verbally dismissed like that from someone in the service industry. I was incredibly offended and apologized to all of my family who had booked rooms at that hotel at my recommendation. I will never be staying here again and I would advise others to avoid until they can hire some staff who are interested in retaining customers.

Property has seen better days. The restaurant was actually disgusting. I am not a picky eater and I couldn’t finish my food nor could the rest of my family. I will say that we found out the kitchen has just opened for business since Covid so they apparently have some stuff to work out. They also took some items off our bill so very grateful to the staff for that. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast is toast and coffee. I’ve had better and charge $12per additional guest for breakfast if you have more then two people in room such as kids

Was skeptical on how good of a stay this hotel would be, based on the price. I was right to be skeptical, as good as the lobby area looked, i was quite disappointed in the room itself. There was no decor, only plain white walls, bedding was scratchy, shower head was terrible. We had a room facing gateway ave, and had a big spotlight shining into our room, made sleeping hard for adults, not to mention our 2 year and 10 month old baby. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. We didnt try the breakfast, main reason is we didnt want to pay an extra $8 per kid. Overall, not sure how this hotel got a 3 star rating.

Great rooms comfortable, clean modern, super comfortable bed. BUT the continental breakfast is a joke! There was bread, apples, boxed oatmeal, and cold cereal tea, ok coffee, watered down OJ and apple juice. There was no muffins, protein, waffle or pancake maker. The other guests all had the same look of disappointment. On top of that one family of 4 found out that the breakfast was for ONLY 2 people they charged them $8 per person for that poor excuse of a breakfast. The one kid only had an apple.. LoL an $8 apple.
