Pleasant stay for our family. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner was good quality. The breakfast was very good with lots of options for everyone. Since we don’t eat pork suggestion would be to have turkey bacon/sausage.

The staff so amazing and friendly! The rooms for us it's big and clean, the washroom it's big too. The food i was so good! My kids and us they love it especially the waffles completely so good. Very satisfied. Just the hot tub not working that time. It's not a big deal. What is the most amazing the price per night not too expensive. Especially this kind of economy everything goes up. For me us being mom it was to good for me to treat my family once in a while. All we know the hotel so expensive but this hotel good for our budget. I recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Was there from Monday to Friday and tried the hot tub one night. Not working well, in need of repairs. Screaming children in pool didn't make that part very relaxing, but room was very quiet and very clean. Breakfast was good variety. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. It was a very well kept hotel. The pool and fitness facility were great. The Peloton bike was a bonus!

It was very nice, the hotel was quite loud...kids screaming in the hallways were just as loud in the room, we heard our upstairs neighbour walking across the floor. But the staff was great. Our delivery forgot to add utensils but the front desk was able to give us a set so we could eat our meal. Overall the hotel is great if you can overlook parents not controlling their disobedient children. I have grown children and grandchildren and I would NOT be happy if they were running through the hallway screaming for long periods of time.

We stayed here again for business. My wife came along and the grandkids that live in Edmonton were allowed to come for a few hours in the afternoon to swim in the pool which was awesome. They even brought out fresh cookies they had just baked for them. Will stay here again next time we’re up here. Thanks Harry

I always try and stay at this hotel when in Edmonton. The beds are super comfortable, and has a pool for the kids, and a hot breakfast for the family. Great value!

One-night stay in transit on a family summer trip. Convenient location for South Edmonton, just off of Highway 2. True to Hampton Inn brand (stayed at one in Calgary the night before). Reception staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Bathtub (as opposed to just shower) was appreciated. Breakfast area was well laid out for customer flow. Having a waffle iron that cooks 4 small waffles instead of 1 large waffle allows users to share and reduces a bottleneck Calgary had. Biodegradable cutlery is more eco-sensitive than Calgary’s plastic. Parking is outdoors (not underground like Calgary), so some concern for our vehicle that night, but the hailstones were tiny, so no damage. It was then that we noticed a wet spot in the carpet by the air conditioner next to the window, which was not a concern for us that night (notified the hotel staff at checkout).
