Everything was good, except for one rude desk clerk. All the other staff were kind and helpful, which was so nice as were there for a child’s medical condition.

Loved the hotel. But there are some pretty rough looking people hanging around the outside. I definitely would not let my kids or my wife walk to a store alone.

April at the front desk was som good to me. Let me vent about the challenges of staying with family. Given the time of year it was hard to reach a comfortable room temperature and left.us all with almost no sleep on our seconds night. We were provided with a roommate and everything.possible was done to try to make it a pleasant stay

went to get ice, stuck in elevator for 35 minutes. toilet backed up and no one to help and no plunger available. parking lot broken into and key sensor broken. no one at the hotel except for one front desk person. Also was told there were no available upgrades but found out there were which is supposed to be part of my gold upgrades deal. I stay 50 -100nights a year at hotels and have never been treated with such disregard. no call back from management to address any of the issues. Do not stay here. missed part of hockey game and family birthday event.

This hotel was in the perfect location as we were visiting a family member who lived 5 min Ali from the hotel. Easy walking distance to restaurants. And easy driving to West Edmonton Mall. We were very pleased with our overall stay. Very clean hotel. Our suite was very nice. Price was excellent for size of room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again.
