The view is spectacular!! Loved that it wasn't in the town of Banff and didn't require the driving hassles with that. Shuttle service etc very convenient. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast at the Bistro - highly recommend - though children didn't have any suitable options (under 10) so bring your own food or snacks. Overall a bit pricey but on par with Banff pricing and the view, hot tub and dining made it worthwhile.

We booked a family suite/room. The price was reasonable, location was good, staff and service were fine but the cleanliness of the room was not. The 2 wine glasses in our room were dirty, one was sticky on the outside. The room phone was very dirty, the white pillows looked unclean, either stained or not well washed, the mini fridge needed a good clean as well, and the side table in the room had a lot of dust on the second shelf, top of the side table was clean but that’s it. The room furniture is very dated, can easily and inexpensively be refinished to add some charm. The carpeting on the stairs and in the hallway could also be replaced, quite worn. I took pick it not sure if I can add them…

My room was amazing, lots of room for me and my children. The food in the bistro was fabulous and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating to me and my children.

Loved the view of the mountains from the hot tub. Wish there was more of a sound barrier to the hot tub though. Also, our room was right next to the hot tub and again the sound travelled from the hot tub goers into our room. Lovely staff, beautiful views from the rooms, we really appreciated the ski storage locker out front too! And the shuttle service into town was easy to book and much appreciated. Juniper bistro prices were quite high for the portion sizes you receive. Overall though, we would recommend to friends and family and would likely stay here again!

I loved it. Went on holidays with the family and we were pleasantly surprised. Great view from our balcony, nice spacious room and great amenities like the jacuzzi and the bistro. Special thanks to Jason that was super nice to us.

The cabin was perfect for our family! Getting chauffeured to and from downtown Banff was a really special feature of the hotel. Emre checked us in and chauffeured us. Such a wonderful service he has provided us!!! Five stars! Appreciate the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!

The waiters in the bistro got extra free with you and when we asked for kids meal French toast which was for $10 they confused you and said that you can get double the slices in your plate the bill was almost double the amount when it should had been$50 in the morning we were sleeping and the maid knocked once and barged into the hotel room without us knowing and she ran away when I woke up and yelled at why she was in our room overall horrible visit to this hotel
