Ideal location for international flights. We apparently had our room "upgraded" to a double queen from a family room which I am not happy about as it was no where near as practical and could not get what I booked. Other than that ok.

Having to rush home for a family medical emergency, we turned up after a 30 hour flight from Rome, hoping to have a shower and warm bed for the night, only to be told that we did NOT have a reservation at there hotel! So we best have not been charged for this disgusting display of inhospitable behaviour!

Travelling with young children you can not get a better location. Walking straight from the hotel to the international terminal saves the stress before a long trip. No need to worry about traffic or train work on a weekend.

We got to the hotel close to midnight when our flight arrived. A full system crash had us unable to check in. After nearly two hours in the lobby with 3 small children, we were sent to a hotel 30 minutes away. A $100 cab fee to get back to the airport the next morning plus nearly zero sleep before our long haul flight. Worst experience ever.

Excellent location to stay before an international flight. We checked in for our flight very early and walked back to the hotel for some gym time and showers. The deluxe family room was small for the price we paid and the gym equipment needs some maintenance (we were not all able to use equipment at the same time due to non-working treadmills), but the location alone justifies the rating.

I love the bathroom in our room, that was great, clean and spacious. What I don't like is the up keep of the room for the price. It was way too over priced for what the hotel was. We just stayed there for convenience of traveling with a toddler and an infant.

Don’t expect continental breakfast of any kind unless you are eating between 6-6:30am. We had been travelling two days with three kids when we arrived in the evening. When the kids woke famished at 7, I asked reception where the cafe was. Unless we were prepare to pay $34 per person for a basic breakfast, we were “out of luck” as the continental breakfast service was only offered between 6-6;30am. Never in all my years of travelling have I ever stayed in such a stingy hotel.

We had a late flight into the international airport & used the hotel as a stop before we travelled to our final destination the following day. The hotel is easy to access & find from the international terminal. The room was well equiped for our family of 4 to spend the night comfortably - only concern being a some what transparent door into the shower room. Checkin & checkout where straight forward.
