Clean and convenient hotel. Good for a family going to/from airport. Great breakfast.

We were so impressed with the impeccable service from the staff. They even foresaw what we would need in the morning and booked shuttle bus passes for our family so we wouldn’t miss out. I would definitely stay here again.

We got the room with free parking and breakfast. The food was good with plenty of choices for both kids and adults. Rooms were spacious enough and the beds comfortable. Staff were nice and accommodating. Highly recommended for those travelling with children.

Great location for traveling early to the Airport. Hotel rooms are a bit dated and double beds were small. Restaurant was overpriced and very average food, Kids meals were overpriced also but kids loved them.

We enjoyed our day at the Stamford recently. It was a family trip and it was pleasing to see that both the restaurant and pool facilities are now back in full operation. The buffet breakfast is good value, particularly paid for a check-in. Parking is easy, and as always, the staff were very helpful.

The location is convenient, it’s about a ten minute walk to Mascot train station, & 3 stops later you’re in the CBD. The place is very nice, very clean & well presented and the pricing is more than reasonable. We stayed with two kids 8 & 5. It was great there was a bathtub for the kids. We didn’t get time to use the gym or pool but we checked them out and they looked great. The food was great down at the breakfast buffet. The bar & restaurant were pretty good too. All staff were very polite and friendly and did their job well. We were very impressed & will definitely stay again. The only negative was that the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy kids like us you might annoy your next door neighbour, so just make sure the kids know to keep their voices down :-) we will be back!

Really nice hotel but not close enough to the International airport especially with kids. Stayed here because had an early flight but it's too far from Domestic and Mascot train station to walk with bags and kids, forget about getting to the International Airport - taxi is around $25 and takes about 10 minutes. The hotel has no bar, AV8 bar on their website is closed, Restaurant looks nice but not practical for families as they didn't have a kids menu. Nothing near by to eat.The hotel provides an airport shuttle at $11 per person but a taxi is cheaper and quicker if you have a couple of people.

Very clean and spacious room, very spacious. If you're a family of 4 like us with lots of luggage, within distance from the airport, this is it. Breakfast was MARVELOUS! Lots to choose from.

They don't provide free shuttle transportation to airport, for a family, such a short distance could cost you 80! The only room service is making the door, not even clean the dusty table, not even empty the trash can. The kettle is not clean. The outdoor swimming pool is not heated which practically means useless. Overally, I can only say it's OK.

The hotels is clean and well kept for an older hotel. The rooms are older, but well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a two night stay with the kids, with the wife in a conference. Kids and I hit the pool which was outdoor, unheated, but perfectly nice in the hot summer. Towels plentiful from the adjoining gym, which looked very. well provisioned for a hotel gym. Showers hot, decent pressure, view was interesting overlooking airport, and some major construction, but the windows are solid, no noise from the outside. Our only issue, night 1 perfect, night 2 A/C failure, no one to fix the issue, but was offered a move of room, but with the kids asleep only i suffered the heat. Overall, for the price we got on Expedia, great value, the staff was great on all occasions. Parking is $30? per day, In and Out. Lots of parking under ground.
