My room was very disappointing. It was very old looking with scuffs all over the walls. Which I wish I had taken pictures of but didn’t. I had family stay at this hotel before COVID there room was beautiful this why I had picked this one. The bed was 2 beds but together and was not comfortable at all.

All staff in each department were outstanding in their roles and efforts to ensure that we were cared for. It was obvious that they all were committed to assisting guests. They were friendly and helpful. The staff said that they were part of a family team with a commitment to service. Absolutely outstanding!
