Pullman Sydney Airport

Great staff and excellent facilities very close to public transport and very convenient for bus and train services connections within city. Walked with my wife and three kids all over the city using trains and airport bus is only 5 minute away. Staff was excellent and very friendly - food and drinks were great and option of sitting and using the lounge for own food and drinks was also very good.

Very comfortable for a travelling family. Really well located for late arrivals/early departures at the airport. 24 hour services and GREAT breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to pay and the kids ate for free too!

We were a family of 4 staying for 3 nights. We checked in late and was given a key that didn’t work to operate the elevator and the wrong room number. We only had 2 towels initially and when housekeeping was called and the front desk, extra towels were never brought to the room. Wound up taking them off the housekeeping cart. The first day, our coffee was not replaced, nor were the coffee cups cleaned and the trash can liner was taken so trash went directly onto the floor. The following day was much improved with towels, coffee and trash can liners. Hotel charges $12 a person for the shuttle to the airport. It was $25 for our family of 4 in a cab.
